Central Ohio Community Land Trust was established in 2018 as a subsidiary of Central Ohio Community Improvement Corporation. In partnership with the City of Columbus and Franklin County, the COCLT promotes permanently affordable housing in Franklin County that is fair and inclusive to everyone.
